Please be sure to read and agree to the terms and conditions before applying for the online championship entry, conference, or award ceremony.

[Online Championship]

1. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after payment. Please note that your payment will be treated as a withdrawal (non-participation).

2. The purpose of this competition is to have eyelash extension practitioners compete against each other in order to improve skills and safety throughout the industry.

3. Personal information collected by the organizer will only be used for the holding and management of events related to eyelash extensions and will not be provided to third parties without permission.

4. The submitter of the work guarantees that the work does not infringe the copyright or portrait rights of any third party, transfers all copyrights of the work, including the right to secondary use, to the organizer, and will not exercise any moral rights in relation to the work.

5. Participants who are engaged in eyelash extensions as a business in Japan must have a cosmetology license.

6. Each participant is responsible for preventing accidents and dealing with any legal issues at their own risk, and the organizers, executive committee, and venue will not be held responsible in any way.

7. Submitted works must be unpublished works, such as works from other competitions or on social media.

8. In principle, there is no limit to the number of entries, but depending on the situation, entries may be closed on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. Eyelash extension works include eyelash perm, lash lift, Before proceeding with eyelash lamination, please make sure your natural eyelashes are not curled.

10. To be selected for the Grand Prix, you must have participated in at least four categories of eyelash extensions ( Lash Lift is the Grand Prix winner ) . (Eyelash lamination not included ) The winner will be the one with the highest total score in the four highest scoring eyelash extension categories entered.

11. If the winner is unable to attend the award ceremony (Gala), the prize will be shipped to the address provided at the time of application at a later date. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the winner and shipping procedures will be carried out after payment has been confirmed.

[Conference and Awards Ceremony Party (Gala)]

1. Once payment has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds cannot be made under any circumstances. Please note that you will be considered as not participating.

2. Please note that those under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend either the conference or the awards ceremony party (Gala).

3. There will be a dress code for the conference and award ceremony party (Gala), so please wait for further details to be announced.
